I am the founder of INSIDE and the maiuetic approach we apply to our consultancy and development work. I gained experience in the areas of human resources and change management thanks to projects I carried out in Italian and international organisations, by applying an innovative strategic vision and a systemic-experimental approach. By listening carefully to the needs of the client I formulate personalised responses that align with the client’s business objectives, aiming to create a constructive partnership relationship.

I have been accredited as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation since 2003, and I also hold Masters’ degrees in Human Resources and in Counselling and Organisational Development. In 2000 I was involved in training the first Italian Coaches and I co-founded the first Italian Coaching Training School.
To date I have honed my skills in the development of human capital, thanks to my experience in the field as well as my training both in Italy and abroad; I continue to evolve in my work, with a curious outlook and a desire to learn.
